Hi Good Day, I am getting in touch today regarding the service received at Nuri Sushi Ottery Hyper Branch. I ordered a MAKI POP UP PRAWN 6PCS and NIGIRI POP UP TUNA which is only basically 8 pieces of sushi. I waited 40 minutes for my order and the service I received was utterly unsatisfactory. The person that works there that was assisting me made orders for people who ordered after me. Mind you he knew this people because he even gave them special service by making their order done before everyone else's, he even finished up their KO burgers order and made sure they receive it. That was not all he then helped another couple before giving my order because they were also complaining about the wait time. He kept showing no sympathy or anything he just said it has not been long which means his saying 40 minutes is not long wow disgusting service. He also mentioned that it could be other people ordered crunch munch platters so you telling me if someone orders crunch sushi after me they get their order before me how does that makes sense ? When I say he im referring to the waiter or chef whatever he is behind the counter preparing or packing the orders. I do not know his name but what I do know is his new there cos the people he gave special treatment to mentioned so you not in claremont or cape town anymore. This is disgusting service and the worst ever received at a restaurant so well known for good food. I understand the orders can take some time but the service he also gave in return is a disgrace and no apology either ! I would like this looked into and a response asap.
I am writing on here to advise that I have placed a order last week online at Hifi-Corp and the delivery person phoned me Wednesday morning advising he will deliver later the day and asking if someone is home. I confirmed someone is home to get the delivery from him and waited all day long. Throughout the day I receive a email from Hifi-Corp advising the delivery was done and the order is with me however I have not received this order, mind you this is my money I used to pay for this order. I have been calling them and emailing since Wednesday however no update they have just dropped the line on me and refused to transfer me to a manager. This is ridiculous customer service and very unacceptable. Their customer service care is disgusting and the agents is so disrespectful ! I am so upset at this point, I want this sorted asap.
