I had a very bad experience with Huawei care insurance claims I've lost My phone I was paying them every month for 2 years now my phone is lost they say they declined My claim because I wasn't harmed when the incident happened I think this company is a **** and people must be aware of it they don't want to pay All they know is to milk our accounts and render no service
