I have been struggeling to have an issue sorted out with FNB and the atturneys they used and they just keep ghosting me. Told me I would have feedback in two bussiness days just to send me an email stating the complaint has been closed in said two bussiness days with no feedback or resolution. I have been to the branch closest to me, no help there. I get told to send emails and no one assists or even worse, they just ghost me. I have settled my debt with them 6 months ago and overpaid as confiremed by the atturneys. To this day I still can not get a paid-up letter from them or my overpaid funds transferred back to me. I have been banking with FNB for many years now and it is sad that this is the thank you I get, zero service from them.
Absolutely pathetic service. I got handed over for recovery on my FNB credit card due to loss of income. We made payment arrangements and I stuck to the agreement and upheld my end and settled the outstanding ballance in November 2025. Since then I have been trying to get a letter confirming that I have done so with no results. Numerus emails sent with absolute silence from there end. I call them and get told that i will have the letter by 7pm the afternoon just to receive nothing from them. I can not do any aplication for credit and everything on my end is on hold because of this. My account is in a possitive at this stage yet im still charged interest on my own money. DO NOT go into a payment arrangement with these people. Shocking service for people that work in the legal space!
