uifcallcenter@labour.gov.za , lack of communication no feedback regarding claim I only receive automated messages , still waiting after payment request was made.
This is very unprofessional I'm not impressed honestly , I don't have the resources to keep resending my documents and making sure you are able to access it you guys don't call back I really don't understand why , I need to use my own resources which is not fair. I sent it last week and the week before already and I phoned again and asked the agent who assisted if she was able to access the documents she said yes I asked countless times if she was sure. I was told my former employer received it signed it and sent it back , I was told that all the documents were received and now I just have to wait for the funds. So what now ? This is not an error on my side I did what was asked of me please refer back to the recorded call. I expect to receive the funds within the time frame I was informed of.
