From the 10th of Febuary 2026 to now there is no feedback for upgrading my package , they system always coming with an error, called in everyday from feb ..no feedback. from the retentions team at MTn business department . Many compliants was lodged with Mtn compliants with many reference numbers received need feedback received nobody can call with proper feedback. It is appauling that as a loyal customer to get treated with no sense of accountability , the many call you backs with absolute disrespect for client. I was promised they will call me back .
It is my birthday on the 7th of april , i had received a message on my app on the 24th of March 2026 , that i get R 100 .00 of any large cake purchased from cheateau gateaux , i went on the 4th of April to purchase my birthday cake and when the lady behind the counter check my app tried to scan the barcode says i don't get R 100 OFF , she had went to call the person from the office who refused to come and speak to me , why would you send me a message and not grant the R 100 OFF , this is false advertising , you guys are lying to the public , your staff says this had happened to many people they come to buy a cake for their birthday they don't get the R 100 OFF .. This is clearly is pathetic marketing and false advertising.
False advertising - my birthday is on the 7th of april received a message on my app that i get R100 off any large cake , once i selected the cake , the cashier scans the barcode and says you don't get R 100 OFF , the cashier went and check with the person in the office , even asked the person to come chat to me , the person from the office refused , why send a message on the app when you can't honour your promise - this is false advertising and misleading the customer . The staff actually mentioned they are fed-up , a lot of people coming to purchase birthday cakes are not able to get that R100 OFF .. pathetic marketing and false advertising
