I called African bank 3months ago to cancel my card after I lost it. I went to the branch several times to get a new card and register for cellphone banking but they said they couldn't verify my fingerprints but they printed me a pocket account card instead of myWorld account. Till to date when I got there they just tell me they can't verify me , no way forward. What about my funds in my World account? I have been to the branch several times. Why can't they verify me with a selfie and have me reset my app credentials so i can make transfers on my own? BAD EXPERIENCE
I received funds into my tymebank from another tymebank account. Tymebank is holding my funds because they said the sender needs to verify if they sent me the money which they did. They sent the sender a link to verify themselves which they did and now they say they must go to the kiosk to verify themselves after they passed the selfie. And in Jeffrey's Bay there are no kiosk. The sender confirmed that they did send me the money they also have sent proof of payment. Why is my account is still on hold? Call me 0838756863
