Incompetence
They are withholding my order that was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of April, when I call or email they say they will get back to me soon with feedback. I can't even get a refund.

They have my Mr Price parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 21st April, today, the 30th, it's still nowhere to be found, they do not reply calls and emails, same applies for Mr Price.

Forged proof of delivery
I ordered from Shein and was allocated Buffalo as my courier. Both my orders are marked as delivered, yet I did not receive any call for delivery from Buffalo.
