Chas Everitt staff refuses to refund me!

A house was advertised by agent Bradley Edwin in 2023 in Shallcross, Queensburgh. I viewed the property with the owner and your agent. The agreement was that the owner would take monthly instalments from me to purchase the property but I needed to fix the pool. Bradley then stated he fixes pools and does pool maintenance. I paid Bradley into his bank account of which I still have proof of. The owner then decided he wanted extra of the monthly instalments towards the sale of the house to which I declined. I did not purchase the property but Bradley was paid R6970.00 for the pool repairs. When I contacted Bradley he said he would pay back the funds however gave excuses upon excuses. To date, I have not received my refund from Bradley. He ignores my messages and refuses to take my calls. It is now almost 3 years and nothing. Is Chas Everitt aware of what your staff does apart from marketing properties for you? This is your representative that refuses to refund me. We are all trying to feed our families, let's do it with some honesty atleast. Even if he made monthly payments as he initially said he would do I would not have had a problem. But it has been 3 years now. I cannot wait anymore. Unfortunately this is what it takes for me to get a reply and hopefully my money back!

Discovery chooses money over a person's right

I am insured on one of their employees life policies as a dependant. Called them up to say I no longer consent to be covered on this person's policy but Justin kept repeating himself and not much help. He eventually gave another number to call and I spoke to Surprise. I am told that only the policy holder can remove me from the policy and not anyone else! So even after I am telling you I do not wish to be on this person's policy, I am requesting you to remove me as I am not comfortable being covered and this person gaining cash benefits from my death you still refuse!!! It is my right to choose whetger or not I want to be covered and by whom. You want to keep deducting money and tell me I have no option but to remain on the policy until the policyholder removes me!!?? The 'policyholder'and I do not speak and ofcourse she would want to benefit from my death but I do not want that! The fact that you are refusing my instruction to be removed is unnerving.
