No. I would never recommend Truworths. They *******ly listed a prescription on my credit profile for 7 years without ever sending me a Section 129 notice as required by the National Credit Act. Update 15:05: Truworths re-opened chat after media pressure but *******ly refused Section 71 compliance, demanding I contact debt collectors despite direct payment. They abandoned chat again after I cited NCA breaches. NCT Tribunal papers filed 15:21. Will update once Truworths complies with the law.
