workouts became part of my daily routine
The workout feature in UniMeal is exactly what I was missing. I can choose my fitness level, duration, and whether I need equipment or not. The app creates a weekly plan, and the video exercises clearly show proper technique. I now train 4–5 times a week and feel much stronger, more energetic, and toned.0 replies
