No extreme mode required
I didn’t want fasting to feel hardcore. Here it adapts to my life instead of the other way around. I follow the window that works for me, and it feels sustainable.

Simple, calm, slightly addictive
At some point I caught myself actually checking the app before eating. That’s new. Tracking and structure work without pressure. I’d love a few more customization options, but overall it fits into real life surprisingly well.

Recovery improved more than I expected
I didn’t expect food timing to affect recovery this much. With regular meals and balanced macros, soreness doesn’t last forever anymore. I can train again without feeling destroyed. Small change, big impact.

This app works best if you treat it as a system, not a miracle solution. Tracking meals and water definitely made me more aware of my habits. I also liked that everything feels transparent — no shady subscription tricks. The downside is that progress can feel slow if you expect fast results. It’s more about consistency than speed.

Food tracking without the usual headache
I always hated logging food manually — it felt tedious and never lasted. With the scanner, it’s a completely different experience. I just scan the meal, check the info, and move on. In Unimeal this feature actually makes tracking doable long-term, not something you quit after a week.
