mediterranean diet won my heart

i chose the mediterranean diet mostly out of curiosity, not really expecting much. but wow — i’m completely in love with it now. the app offers so many fresh, colorful and flavorful recipes: grilled fish with vegetables, greek salads with feta and olives, hearty soups and even a little red wine on weekends. it doesn’t feel like a diet at all — more like eating on vacation every day. i especially love that the portions are generous and i never feel hungry. my energy levels are much more stable throughout the day, my skin looks better, and i sleep deeper. this is honestly the first “diet” that doesn’t feel like punishment. i look forward to every meal and have zero desire to quit. UniMeal made Mediterranean eating incredibly easy and enjoyable.

app runs smooth

using it mostly live and it doesn’t freeze or lag much. switching between matches feels quick which is important
