I just want to take the time to thank Jo-Anne Williams for her excellent service trying to get the best rate and deal for me. As a 1st time home buyer this was a very nerve wrecking process but she has put my mind at ease from start to finish. Ooba really has a GEM.
Worst possible service... I placed an order 23 July and up to date have not received my order, I have enquired via email/whatsapp and no feedback... Spent R900 on products and I do note they do not do refunds, which I understand but at least give me my products than take my money and not deliver....
Thank you to Bafana for the excellent customer service that he has given me over the phone regarding my queries. Keep up the good work.
