Brooks and Luyt customer service is appalling
The call centre agents CANNOT understand simple english and continue to harass people who have no association or responsibility towards the accounts in question. Full details of the business owner, his insolvency and the insolvency practitioner have been provided on numerous occasions; WITH CONTINUED SPAM CALLS!!!1 reply

FNB call centre exoerience appalling
Called FNB 12 times to remove my name from a business account. NO LUCK. Loans/collections department don't even bother answering the call.1 reply
