I'm very disappointe...

I'm very disappointed in the company l did submit for a claim on 8 April till today it's still on assessment and l write for them a email they don't respond and l tried to leave my number for call back but they didn't call me back

Hi l would like to l...

Hi l would like to lay my complaint about toughees company l bought school shoes for my son in November last year and they were too small and l log for returns on the app and no communication was made from their side and 10 December l wrote an email and still they did not respond, l wrote another email on 18 December till today no response and the shoes are still new my son did not wear them and there are still in the packaging
