Worst service ever its been 2 years now since I've been waiting for my refund
Made a payment to my Telkom by mistake on the 07th of October 2020 and my account was in-credit with the amount paid, i have requested for the money to be paid to my bank account under case number 36015098 as my account was never in arrears and they are debiting from my bank account and debit order are going through successfully . Telkom requested me to send Proof of payment which i did and still today no money in my account. been calling the useless call Centre and sent thousand of emails to mtambohc@telkom.co.za and khumalp9@telkom.co.za which they requested the proof of payment and they decided to go quite and not respond to my emails, this is the worse service.
I have logged a call on the 19 of July 19 at 14:34 case number 29252277 that unable to receive calls, make calls, send and receive sms. I call telkom almost everyday since the call has been logged and been transferred from one person to the other with no assist, sent emails and no one reply , they keep tell me that my request has been escalated till today no one has helped me, This is terrible service
i booked automatic vehicle on the 27th of Feb for a pick up on the 2nd of march at 18:00 and drop off on the 3rd of march at 18:00. when i got there they vehicle booked was a manuel after i specify that i need automatic due to my disability. got there at 18:15 and i had to wait until 20:30 to get automatic vehicle while i paid the full amount.. this was the worst service ever..
