LTC Air Conditioning Rip Off
We paid LTC Air Conditioning R7300 for a new AC unit at the start of 2020 and we had not used it for more than 3 months before the start of spring 2020. When we tried to switch it on in September it would not work. Since it is still under warranty, we called LTC Air Conditioning to check what was the matter. They gave us a bill for R950 for changing a fuse and they denied this was covered by the warranty. When I suggested to them that R750 for less than an hour's labour was excessive, they had no reply or apology. We have had to pay the invoice under protest.

Great service
Hanno from Mad Mac's really went the extra mile to get us a helmet for my son for Christmas. I was very happy with his excellent customer support.
