Bad Service and arrogant owner
In July we towed my bakkie to Pendulum motors in Rustenburg and they promised to check the car and within a week or 2 it will be fine. On the first of September we paid R15000 as they said they need deposit before continuing with the car and till today the car is not yet not fix. The owner is arrogant and said on Monday we must come get the car it’s not fix and he can only refund R2000. In the past 4 months these guys has been taking us from pillar to post . We check with his employees who said these guys is arrogant and hasn’t done anything to the car in the past months. When we call the reception told to hold and later on hang up our calls until we went to that workshop. The service there is not ok and how can they not refund our money of R15000

Bad Service and Refund my towing mone
On the 29 of May I was stucked in Magaliesburg and I called Themba and Family group (T&F Towing ) for their service or towing, they advice me to make a payment of R4000 before they attend to me and I did the payment and also send proof of payment. They then told me they can assist me after payment done because I didn’t do pay and clear. T&F towing further suggest I pay another money and do pay & clear snd I realized that someone is trying to scam me here. I refuse and they suggested that they will refund. From 29 May till today I have been waiting for my refund and they are taking me from pillar to post. Please assist me to get my money because I need it. If Themba and family group they have scammed me let the company be know as scammers. It painful in the middle of nowhere you get stucked and you can’t be assisted while paid R4000.

Hit and Run Accident
On the 29 of May 2022 , my car was hit but a truck rented from Imperial Logistics to Prommac .The truck hit me and the driver didn’t stop. We trying to engage with Clint Chadayan but finally referred us to Xoli who was the driver. But it looks like we are going up and down with them taking responsibility to fix our car. It looks like they are arrogant and we are unable to get Clint on his number. We have managed to do AR at Magaliesburg Police station. All I want is for them to take responsibility and fix my car.

Refund
On the 22 September 2017 I visited the municipality to pay for the escort of the marathon/Fun Run that took place on the 24 September at Luka village. But the public safety didn’t pitch on the day for traffic control. On the 26 September I went to demand my refund and there was no electricity. Wednesday I went again and was told to write a letter which I did. Today it’s the 12 October and I haven’t received my money back.These cannot be correct struu. Please refund me

Refund
In the month of November I rented a car till end of December and further extended it from December till January.The car rental deducted money from my account for both of my rental days,the further deducted R8500 from my account which I fail to understand what is it for and now am struggling when they have to refund my money,even today in the morning I have send them an email but they refused and the lady is so rude.I have been asking them to refund me my R8500 but. Am struggling because they deducted it while they took their rental fees on the money they hold. Last week I received a call again that I still have outstanding balance of November-December payments but how did they extend my contract for while they didn't take their money.For all I know is that they have bad attirude towards this matter because I want my R8500 to be refunded in my account.
