Complaint about Camdix Wapens – Krugersdorp I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Camdix Wapens in Krugersdorp. I contacted the store to order a specific part and was quoted a price of R1 450. Based on this quotation, I made arrangements to collect the item and drove a considerable distance to the store. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the total price had suddenly increased to almost R2 000, with no prior communication or explanation regarding the price change. When I raised my concern and explained that I had travelled from far based on their original quotation, the owner was dismissive and arrogant, showing no understanding or willingness to assist in resolving the issue. I found the attitude and lack of professionalism extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and basic courtesy—none of which I experienced during my interaction with Camdix Wapens. This incident has left me very reluctant to support or recommend this business in the future.

What a bad idea to try the new state of the art bank Some issues I had first a stupid thing like having a debit order reversed... 15days no luck, we will escilate and get back to you...no one gets back to you. No managers or supervisors to talk to. Today I needed stamped statements for spesific dates also WE CANNOT DO THAT wait for the next month. This is simple stuff I could do on my own at my previous bank now not even a banker banker can do this for you...
