The customer service of Fastaway couriers is non excistant. They don't answer their phones and the WhatsApp number is a machine. You cannot state your problem on the WhatsApp number.

Struggling to get an online order from them. You cannot get them on the phone. Using covid as an excuse and are only available via email and only responds after 48 hours. Order was place 10 days ago.
Since my account has been moved from Nashua Mobile my billing amount has been increased. I have been phoning MTN monthly to get an answer from them without any results. The feedback that I receive is that a call will be locked and the problem will be sorted. No one has come back to me even after visiting the Brooklyn Branch.
