On Friday the 24 of February 2023 I purchased a Lego Technic set at a discounted price on their website. A couple of days later they phoned me to say they were out of stock of the item and had no idea when they would be getting stock. Today the item is available for sale on their website at full price. Very suspicious.
Seabreeze were asked to install an awning to keep the rain off my patio. It was made to small so does not. The owner will not answer or return my calls.
My OLED TV was out of warranty and suffering from screen burn-in. LG replaced the panel even though the warranty had expired. I am very impressed. Thank you.
LG Electronics customer care / aftersales service is poor. I have logged queries and complaints which just get marked off as complete with no-one coming back to me. The complaints numbers provided are permanently engaged and there is no direct email address. They are very good at hiding behind systems and call centres.
