I was contacted by Mobicred last week after my previous review on this platform. I specifically requested the agent to provide me with certain documents relating to the status of my account. To date no communication, once again.
***** was committed on my account in September 2024. My account was subsequintly frozen while the investigation is ongoing. Debit order payments were not collected. When I realised this I restarted cash monthly payments. For the past six months I have been trying to obtain information regarding the investigation. Communicated via email, telephonically and whatsapp. I get the same response every time. Someone from the ***** department will get back to me. I recently noticed that this is account is now affecting my credit profile negatively as well. I do not have access to the account. Do not receive statements or any other communication from Mobicred.
On 26 August 2023 I fell and broke my wrist. This is regarded as a PMB condition. After having to submit request after request and obtaining reports and amended accounts the PMB was approved on 8 November 2023. Some of the accounts have still not been paid although several emails were sent and complaints were lodged on the web. No feedback received from Discovery Health. Legal action has been taken for outstanding accounts and I can't manage to get feedback from Discovery.
Have been trying to get a claim registered since Wednesday morning. First registered claim on the app. No response. Phoned and was told that old Alexander Forbes clients can't use the app. No notice of this when you register or use the app. Lady said she will email claim form. Nothing received. Sent an email to my old AF clerk. Received the claim form which I completed and emailed on Wednesday at 15:27. No response received. Phoned again this morning. Told that someone would get back to me. No response. Sent another email to AF contact person. She forwarded email to someone else and requested him to contact me. No feedback. Other party insured with Outsurance. At 09:00 they had claim no. etc. Pathetic service. No communication.
