I have been trying to purchase goods (using my Donna/TFG card) for the past 3 days! Customer service cannot tell me why I keep receiving an error message on check out. Since TFG became BASH, it has been a nightmare. Half the products triple the hassle.
The last time we stayed at the Country House and was extremely unimpressed! When we arrived no one was there to welcome us. Then in the room the toilet was leaking all over the floor and when I complained they threw a towel down! The whole time we were there! Disgusting. We had to ask them to ready the jacuzzi, which they did, then closed it for the rest of our stay. There was no turn down service and I had to ask them to remove our dirty dishes. We had no butler and had to walk around looking for some one to assist us. We have stayed at the Country House before and never had these problems. Wow, how appalling. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone. What a pity👎🏼
I have tried to order from this company 3 times now and each time (after 20 days) they cancel the order sighting 'delayed shipping' as the excuse.
Fastway is known to us as Slow Way. We live in Lanseria and use Fastway for our business all the time. For the last two months they frequently leave our parcels at the warehouse or deliver to the incorrect people or don't show up for collections. We live in Lanseria and if it were up to me we would NEVER use Fastway again.
We took out a contract (some time ago) while the signal was good. Then the signal deteriorated, so they installed a booster. The booster broke and Telkom has refused to replace the booster stating that it is for our account (approx. R14000)!!Seen as our contracts are expired and are now month to month, we decided to move service providers by migrating our numbers to MTN. MTN get a call from Telkom who are now REFUSING to move contracts. When we originally took out the contracts we had to put a R20 000.00 deposit down. What this means is that we have to cancel our contracts with Telkom and move to month to month basis at which point we can only then migrate to MTN. That's 60 days of no calls - no business. How much is 60 days without being able to do business going to cost us???? How are they able to get away with this?? Telkom is appalling
<p>I earned my BA HON Psych Counselling through UNISA with plans of completing the BPsych program to become a registered Counsellor. UNISA stopped offering the program and left me (and I'm sure thousands of other UNISA) stranded. When I approached other accredited (by the HPCSA) to complete the final (4th) year to qualify they refuse to recognise my credits or degrees and was told that I have to REDO my BA and HON!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, unethical and leads me to believe that a UNISA Degree, though accredited by the HPCSA, means squat. God knows we need more counsellors in our country and yet here I am - ready, willing and supposedly 3/4 of the way to assisting and helping our nation and yet I am not being allowed to. How can they get away with this? Do you think that if I asked for a refund for all those years of modules because they decided to discontinue a program thereby leaving me totally stranded, that I would get it? It is disgusting.</p>
