Hi I have been a client with this pharmacy for more than 20 years. I got medicine in November by them for my back and was told that a payment of 18 cents was payable. A week and a few days later I got a WhatsApp stating that I owe them R283.03. I paid that amount today. I mean how can I be told one amount one day and then later and bigger amount. Somebody is not doing their job correctly and now I have to pay for someone else's mistake. I don't think it's fair. If they told me on the day that I would have to pay the R283.03, I would have never taken the medication.
I wanted to ask them if it was possible to put my insurance on hold as I was retrenched. And I informed them to contact me via email as my phone doesn't work correctly. They just ignored me and kept on phoning. The system then canceled my policy without any consent from me. According to their system no premium was received. I have proof that a premium was deducted from my account. Due to their stupidity I have lost my no claims bonus that was supposed to pay out next year. If this is the way they treat clients who have been them for years. I don't want to know how they treat clients that have been with them for centuries
Good Day My tablet screen cracked and had to replace it out of my pocket even though it was under warranty. It cost me R1600. Was told it was my fault that it cracked. A friend of mine dropped her cellphone and her screen was replaced without any question. I do not understand how they can have two sets of rules for the same thing. They werent even prepared to meet me halfway with the price. No technician even looked at the tablet. Why is there warranty on samsung products if you cannot use it? The customer service in south africa is getting worse every day
