Wish I had read the other reviews first... Paid for a part in August and still waiting for it to be delivered. Many, many excuses and empty promises later and I am out of pocket R824. Phone calls do not get returned, and can only communicate via whatsapp. Very Very frustrating! He also trades under Emanate Air and Ice

<p>I decided to give the French Clinic a try as they had a great deal on skin peels. My main issue is not the treatment, but how my complaint was dealt with on my 2nd visit. On the the******’s recommendation, I purchased a Regima A cream. I was reluctant to purchase the whole range of products as I wanted to see how my oily skin responded 1st. I was told that this is not a problem and to continue using my regular products. I then developed a rash/breakout after using it for 2 days. I stopped using the product and tried again 10 days later to see if it was indeed the product that had caused the reaction. The same thing happened when applying the product to a smaller area, so I am 100% sure that it is the product that caused the reaction.</p> <p>When trying to discuss my issue with the manager, he did not once ask for any specific details and immediately went on to the defensive, saying that it is probably due to my life style or stress that I had a reaction, or the combination of my existing skin products. I also had an issue with their price, as I could get it R160 (37%) cheaper at another salon in the area! Even after mentioning that his customer service stinks, he never tried to resolve the complaint or make me feel like a valued customer.</p> <p>Please note that I was not looking for a full refund, but rather a gesture or even just an acknowledgement that they should not have recommended the product if it was not to be used in conjunction with other products.</p> <p> </p>
I stopped supporting PnP on a regular basis a while ago due to various service issues experienced at all stores. Today I decided to make an exception as I only has a couple of things to get. Firstly, of the 3 Smart Shopper machines, not one was working, and after 5 minutes of waiting for a manager and another 10 minutes of unsuccessful attempts to repair them, I gave up. Get to the tills and want to draw money, waited at least 10 minutes for the supervisor to find money (12:00 in the day!) and eventually left before she came back. I wanted to pick up my free taste magazine, but could not due to printers not working. The cashiers response was to come back tomorrow!!! I work for a living and do not have time to go back to a store daily due to their inefficiency.
Order 123822858. I logged a call to have an existing line transferred to my new property about 4 weeks ago. I specified the 23rd of July as the date. Technician eventually arrives late that day, with a promise to be back later. Needless to say, he did not return. I then get a call for them to return again on the 30th, which they did, but still no working phone line... Also bear in mind that there IS an existing line currently installed that has been working. Phoned the helpdesk this morning and after being placed on hold numerous times (approx. 10 min of holding each time!!!!), I get told that they cannot reschedule the appointment to a day that I have someone at home as they use subcontractors. I now have to wait for them to arrive at an empty house and then hope that they phone me to reschedule! <br> What frustrates me the most is that there is no feedback as to why the phone is still not working as well as the fact that I now have to wait AT LEAST another week for this to be resolved, while paying for a phone that I cannot use. What is the point of planning in advance if they cannot resolve a simple line move???
