My mom bought a dress at the Herm**** Branch. The the seams on the back of the dress were fraying. She returned it and they gave her a voucher. She then got another dress in October 2025 and worn it on Christmas Day for the 1st time. She handwashed the dress and cool iron it as per instructions. She wanted to wear the dress on Sunday and dress had shrunk! The inside of the dress is also fraying (same as 1st dress) and the pocket of the dress is also frayed. We emailed them with photos of the dress and the receipt. We want our money back (R 1,495). We do not want another dress as it is poor quality. We have had no feedback with regards to this matter. Could Management / Head Office please phone my mom with regards to this matter.
I bought a WiFi Backup and Portable Power Supply UPS in March 2022. This product is faulty as it is not charging. I emailed One Deal A Day twice now already with no response. I would like them to refund or replace this item. It is not acceptable for a product to work for only 6 months. There is no telephone contact number on their website and they clearly ignore their emails.
