Paid for a voucher, but can't get hold of ANYONE to redeem said voucher. Looking at all the complaints and non response from the supplier, I guess i can write that money off?? Is there nothing else that can be done????
Good day,<br> In August I got a R55 top up phone for my son. A month later I was told that I had to pay almost R5000 for data used!! I only bought him the top up - I never asked for ANY data. let alone a limit of R5000! MTN agreed to cancel the invoice, but I just received a msg that my services have been disconnected - I need to pay R2700. The full amount was never credited - and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone at Creditors. I have now been holding for 36 min. I am an old Nashua Mobile customer, before the buy out. But since the transition to MTN, I have only ever had hassles. and customer service is absolutely appalling!! <br> I would appreciate someone explaining to me exactly what is going on, on my account - as it seems a mystery to anyone you speak to on 808.
