Bought 2 Lithium Batteries online. Never delivered and NO communication via email after paying. No telephone number listed.
Was looking all over for lithium batteries. Found then all over Google, and initial communications was great. I followed the necessary online ordering process, and was provided bank details. I paid over the money for the lithium batteries, and ever since they confirmed payment received, they have gone quiet. No feedback and no further communication. Have I been ****med?

<p>During November, a Cell C representative advertized on Radio Kragbron in Witbank. My wife immediatetly sent a message, and the process thus started. We sent through all our documentation on 20 November, as per the Cell-C Checklist. Over the next couple of days, we struggled to get a date on finalization, as these processess do not take longer than 48 hours from previous experience. Numerous mails between the agent, a certain Brummer, and my wife, to no avail. Upon my return from abroad, I also called him on Friday, and requested a finalization date for having hte contract in place. He advised telephonically, that the process would be completed today, Monday, 5 December 2016.</p> <p>Earlier today, my wife once again spoke to him, and once again, he confirmed all is completed, and that delivery was already scheduled for today.</p> <p>Just after 4PM I called the customer service line, and I was advised that this was a Business to business deal, they checekd and found it was declied, as the documentation was "unclear". This is totally unacceptable, as I personally scanned everything and ensured it was clear. There was an additional request last week for bank statements, which was also honoured, but surely this agent could have followed up with us.</p> <p>What we did not want to turn into a store visit nightmare, has now become worse.</p> <p>The special offer that we applied on, has now also lapsed. I tried calling the said "Brummer just before 5pm, yet he failed to answer.</p> <p>I feel it is unacceptable to wait 15 days, and then still with no resolution.</p> <p>This is most defnitely my worst ever experience with a mobile operator.</p> <p>When I called the customer care line, they advised that the special would be honoured as we did apply in the space when the special was advertized, however, I have no proof or evidence that this will be the case.</p> <p> </p>
