I upgraded recently from the free to the premium version. Since then I've had ongoing problems with a critical virus warning appearing on my screen over and over again, a problem I didn't have previously. Eventually I approached an IT expert who informed me that the Avast programme was *******. It seems impossible to get hold of them, there's no email address, so I haven't been able to sort this out.
I was at the Rosebank branch today and interacted with 2 staff who were on the floor and one cashier. Each one was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed. A change from people who don't look at you, never mind smile or offer help.
