Please do not trust muscle monster. They continue to bill me every 7 days despite cancelling subscription. They have even confirmed that the subscription has been cancelled, twice !

I spotted an email in my inbox, clicked through, and was instantly taken to a beautiful selection of Father’s Day gifts. It was such a smooth process – I found the perfect gift for my husband (a hoodie he would absolutely love) and was given the option to add a card and chocolates. I even got to include a special message from our little one, which meant so much. What really blew me away was the delivery – it arrived on Father’s Day morning while we were still sleeping! And the packaging? Wow. The hoodie came wrapped in elegant tissue paper, placed inside a stunning gift box, and the chocolates were neatly packaged separately. The hoodie itself said “Husband. Dad. Protector. Hero.” – it was powerful, meaningful, and left my husband completely speechless. Honestly, NetFlorist left me speechless too. Thank you, NetFlorist, for making this special day even more unforgettable. I’ll definitely be using your service again and again!
Delivered a broken bin, still have not replaced it. My garbage is sitting in a bin packets in my kitchen for more than 24hrs. They is no one picking up the line. It's like I just want to go directly to the pnp and spk to my (concierge person/R35 fee) and return it to her and get a new bin myself! So much for buying online. So disappointed. They take their fees, debit your bank and then provide poor, unacceptable service. It's great concept /idea, but a poor manged service.
