I received an email from Poppy on the 18th Sept telling me that " My City of Johannesburg municipal account is now in arrears and is on disconnection list for the weekend.To avoid a disconnection please contact Poppy ********** 010 or respond to this email for a payment. I managed to call her back for an arrangement and to query on why she sent an email to all of us and I could see some of my neighbours on that email. This woman has been so rude to me since our 1st encounter and she has been sending threatening emails telling me that my water will be cut-off from the 03rd Oct. I then managed to go to the nearest municipality for clarity and it turned out that the woman has been sending false information
I have been calling to place an order from 10am till 15:30, there has been no answer from the store and this is not for the 1st time this is happening, the last time I managed to get through and was told that they are no longer taking orders, I have been receiving Bad service from this store for a while and even called the head office(spoke to Ntombi and Elizabeth) they both tried to put me through but with no luck, finally I was given Craig's number but still there was no luck in getting through to him on 0744052808. Please assist as I had meetings with clients with the hope that they will be served with fresh pizza.
