I've been waiting for a refund since 21 July 2023. I've phoned the contact centre at least 9 times. Every time the answer is the same: "It's with finance". This is completely unacceptable. There's no other number that works, only the contact centre and they refuse to let me speak to a manger or give me the email address of the CFO or Financial Manager. How are they supposed to fix the mess if the mangers and executives are unaware of the issues?
I contacted Phonefast on 1 December 2021 to collect my phone for repairs. After numerous calls and emails my phone still hasn't even been collected yet. Their excuse is that apparently the drivers couldn't get a hold of me. However, my bell is in perfect working order and I'm home all day. The courier company called me only once to arrange for collection but never showed up. Phonefast's after sales service is atrocious and very inefficient.
