We bough over R100 000 worth of furniture from Cielo. The fist 2 orders was placed 11/12/23. It is now 28 work days later. We have still not received these orders in full. I Placed an additional order online 27/12/23. I have still not received this order 16 days working days after order was placed and paid for in full. I have send 7 e mails to Cielo requesting an ETA, They will repeated respond saying the courier company will advise a day before deliver Which of course does not answer our question. We have no idea when these orders will arrive. The fact that this happed with 3 different orders is indicative of the poor service Cielo / Wheco Group provides Even though Cielo advertises that they will deliver in 7 to 14 days I would discourage anyone from purchasing items from Cielo . Wheco Group
Dealing with SweepSouth was an absolute please. The online booking is quick and easy. We were contacted by the by the cleaner the day before to introduce herself and get directions. She was very professional. I do not think my house has been this perfectly clean in ages. Quick, efficient, no hassle. I will make use of their service again and recommend them to anyone

On 16 May I ordered Pick and Pay. Amongst the items I ordered a cordless kettle. I received the kettle without the base (Which means it cannot work). I notified Pick and Pay on the 18th of May. I received a response from Gloria Peter stating that they can arrange to collect it. They have to date not collected and refunded me even though I have send numerous e mails Be careful when ordering from Pick and Pay online
They said they would have the vehicle repaired in 1 week. It took 2 weeks. We phoned up to 5 times a day. They stated that Damian would phone you back with feedback. They never phone back Never in my life again will I make use of their service. We had to hire a vehicle whilst we waited for our vehicles return, but since you get absolutely no feedback from them you continuously have to make urgent arrangements for vehicle hire, because when they tell you Friday, you must ask which month
I paid for parts from Autohaus Centurion on 6 August. When I never heard from them again, I contacted them in Oct. They stated that they had never ordered the parts since I did not send the POP in the correct format. The POP was send to Louise Grousbeek - I see she specifically appears in more unhappy reviews on Hello Peter. The very least she could have done, was write back and e mail stating that they required the POP on a different format. Instead she did nothing and never ordered the parts I now liaise with VW Customer care directly and they have conducted themselves in the professional and helpful manner, which you would expect from VW. But to this day I have had no word from Autohaus and Louise specifically. Considering the way she conduct herself. She is a liability to her company and thereby makes Autohaus an liability to Volkswagen
I needed replacement parts on my SMEG stove top. They explained exactly what they would require to assist me. Once I send the relevant info, I received a call from the service provider confirm what day would be suitable. The SMEG service providers HOMETECH SERVICES contacted me to confirm what time they will arrive that day. Promptly arrived, fixed the problem and even gave some training on the correct way to clean the gas hob burner heads. The service I received from HOMETECH SERVICES made me glad I bought a SMEG
