Hamleys fourways mall has the worst staff i ever encountered. I also made a complaint on their website a month ago and no body even contacted me regarding the complaint and now again I encountered an issue at this store where the staff is busy having a jol of a time rather than helping any customers. My child is waiting for the train which is parked off for 10 minutes. Even asked two staff members and they said the driver is coming. After going back in the store the driver is busy talking to his friends . After i got annoyed and started complaining and wanted to see the manager, i was told the manager went shopping at wespack. I waited another 5 minutes (total 15) the 1 guy who was riding the bikes all this time came to drive tne train. This is ridiculous.
Makro online is absolutely usless. I purchased a lawnmower online . It showed delivery in 2 days. 2 days gone and the order still shows only confirmed. Not even processed. Call center cant even give proper answers . Only "escalate" like really. Why have delivery dates if its just an empty promise. Absolutely pathetic.
Customer service is bad, No response from any emails, always need to call them to get any info!!! Made an online Purchase for delivery of capsules, no emails get sent when shipped, no Tracking number, I had to call 3 times each day to find out when I'm getting my delivery and when i asked why i'm not getting email responses, they said its because they over loaded
