Let me start off by saying the agency is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We moved into our complex without being notified that our pets had to be sterilized. We were never issued the complex rules until it was requested by us.It was by chance the body corporate found out that our pets were not sterilized after laying a formal complaint about our neighbours abusing our dogs. We were then summoned to have our pets sterilized, we explained that we were about to get married and could do this in the new year. They refused and insisted that we pay a R50.00 a day penalty fee until we had our pets sterilized ( we never received the penalty schedule either). We then requested with Rawson if it would be possible to shorten our lease, they agreed to this without penalties. We left the unit in perfect condition and was still complimented by the agent on the exit inspection. We just received our deposit back, with no statement explaining why they short paid our deposit by nearly R7000. I would never ever recommend Rawson to anyone as I find they are underhanded and just pass the buck even though it was there fault for not disclosing valuable information. <br>
My partner and I checked in at 19:30, we were advised that the kitchen closed at 20:30 so we rushed dropped our bags off in the Room 24 and returned to the restaurant. Upon on arrival at the restaurant there was no one to set us, so we randomly chose a table that had been set. The waiter eventually decided to take our order, we requested Steak and Chips.. When the steak arrived, it was over cooked as we specified that it should be Medium Rare, it was well done. We then sent this back, waited another additional 20 minutes for the food to arrive, which was better than the first batch we ordered. During our meal the electricity shut off, supposedly cause of load shedding so here we are sitting in complete darkness waiting for the Generator to kick in. After about 4 minutes the lights went back on. We then paid the bill and decided to go the room and relax. When we arrived at the room it was pitch dark, we couldn't even see the steps to the rooms. Luckily we had a torch in the vehicle. When we opened the door we discovered there was no electricity in the room, We tried to contact reception but the emergency numbers provided did not work. We requested a refund, but was declined
