We needed to reschedule the cleaning service 24 hours ahead of time We tried calling, messaging and emailing them without success, they eventually contacted us and slapped a R250 extra cost for not contacting them in time, poor service. Will not be using them again
I purchased a Bosch washing machine on the 22/01/21, they said delivery would be on the 05/02/21, and then changed delivery time twice more, by this time I was worried and I started researching.(Terrible reviews from most people) Most of the discussion was done on their website via the chat box, I did try email and calling without receiving any contact. Their website is no longer active, during one chat they said that the machine was out of stock and that they would refund R4543.35, that was on about the 20/02/21, the refund has not been done and I cannot sign into their website as it is not active. I have looked on Hello peter and have seen hundreds of complaints similar to mine. Please let me know if you can help me and thousands of other consumers, thanks in advance
