Thursday morning I booked for Friday and got booking confirmation with reference SS6124863. The booking confirmation was for 5.5 hours and I was charged R384. Thursday night surprisingly I get a whatsapp from my sweepstar asking if we can postpone or cancel my appointment as she has the Dr's appointment that day. I told her I can't postpone. I mean what made her think she can convince me on when to clean my house? I told her to cancel the appointment, she said to me she can't, meaning i have to do it. I looked for options to edit the booking and it did not allow me, so I had to cancel as instructed by her. Now I'm desperate to get my house cleaned, and I had to rebook immediately. I was then charged on a premium price. 5.5 hours was now R600. I did not budget for that. I'm not going to get a 2 bedroom cleaned for that price, especially when it was not even my fault. I reduced the hours to 3.5 and got booking SS6126005 which charged me R394. Eventually I wanted 5.5 and I was charged R384 for it, why must I now pay extra for the deception that was caused by your sweepstar? I explained this to some lady in support named marshay (query 3150920) she is just reading to respond and not to resolve my query. It this point I will not pay for something that was not my fault and willing to just delete my profile. I've never dealt with so much level of incompetence.

Someone whose worked at place previously, only to find out she never pitched either today....Apparently they have to find me another lady whom I am still waiting for. I have already paid for two bookings in advance and I am still waiting. This us shocking to Sat the least. Why advertise and charge customers if you truly cannot deliver the service, don't waste peoples time and money 🤔.

Absolutely appalled at the Service Levels of Sweepsouth, I have had a SweepStar for the second time not pitching. I already paid for services unrendered. Had my mums funeral to attend 😪 last week Saturday , requested a SweepStar for the Friday ladt week amd no one piched as she was lost. 🙃 I then contacted the company who proceeded to book another SweepStar for today. Someone whose worked at place previously, only to find out she never pitched either today....Apparently they have to find me another lady whom I am still waiting for. I have already paid for two bookings in advance and I am still waiting. This us shocking to Sat the least. Why advertise and charge customers if you truly cannot deliver the service, don't waste peoples time and money 🤔.

We needed to reschedule the cleaning service 24 hours ahead of time We tried calling, messaging and emailing them without success, they eventually contacted us and slapped a R250 extra cost for not contacting them in time, poor service. Will not be using them again

Not impressed with Sweepstar! Their booking system is efficient and easy, but contacting them afterwards to make changes not so much. After no answer on their phone line and an email that was only answered the next day we landed up with a R135 penalty per person booked and also lose our discount voucher because they don't give the option to change a booking, but only to cancel - and you can only cancel without penalty if it's done before 12pm. Apparently 1pm is too late! Not only does it impact me, but the ladies I booked are also negatively affected by their policy because nobody else could book them either. This was my first time using SweepStar, but will unfortunately be the last.
