I am extremely angry about the order I placed today. Order number 177595336. I ordered AA X2 Super Alkaline Power Batteries. They cost R39.99. I actually clicked on the AA batteries myself, otherwise I would not even know the price. I even have the picture to prove what I selected. I do not know what discrepancies your system had but it decided to choose AAA X2 Super Alkaline Power Batteries instead. I did not order AAA batteries. I already have AAA batteries in my house for my remotes. I needed AA batteries for my health related equipment. Because your online system forces people to reach R150, I had to add more things that I did not even need. Then I still had to pay a R36 delivery fee because I am bedridden, not feeling well and needed those AA batteries urgently. All of this was pointless because you delivered the wrong thing. What ****ed me off the most is the call I made to your customer service. Reference 7029286. The agent was rude, refused to listen and made it seem like I am lying. She basically insulted my intelligence. For heaven sake, I am not some illiterate who does not know what they are doing. I work for State Intelligence and I have a Masters degree in Forensic Accounting for a reason. I cannot stand people who undermine my intelligence. She needs to be reminded or sent for training about the Consumer Protection Act and how to treat customers fairly. A good business understands the customer is always right. You deal with the customer complaint first and everything else follows. Then for her to tell me to go to the shop for an exchange, honestly that was the final insult. If I had the capability to go to the shop I would have saved my R36 delivery fee. That is common sense. Checkers can learn customer ethics from Mr Delivery and Uber Eats because they actually know how to treat people. At this point you can just delete my profile. I already ordered from Pick n Pay using Mr D after this nonsense and I got the correct order immediately. Pick n Pay always apologizes and treats customers with respect. I do not even know why I still have this app.
This bank has a tendency of loving to be an outcast. I accidentally overpaid my loan account from credit card after it was settled. Now I called them on Tuesday asking them to do a transfer to my world account, the lady told me it's possible however we had issues with authentication due to network issues. Today, I called again and this lady is telling me that she wants a proof of payment from the account that settled that loan. I want a refund of the money I paid, why would you demand me other things? And I'm saying transfer it to my world account, yoh the nuisance of the lady is refusing to understand my point. So keep that money African bank, make sure it yields interest, I will come back to claim it after 10 years. I have no time for outrageous demands. I know my consumer rights. I want that account closed and reflecting as such on credit bureau. Don't make your problems my problem.
FNB loans processing department is a nightmare. So Tuesday the 22nd I app**** for a personal loan, Wednesday I was asked for 4 months payslips, which I sent immediately. That was Wednesday morning. Thursday no response, Friday no response. I try to follow up Saturday and Sunday, they don't work weekends. Only today the 29th After I tried to follow up, I get an sms telling me to submit my bank statement. I found myself laughing at myself, why did you not request all documents at the same time? The lady called Nonhlanhla on secure chat, I asked her a basic question about the validity period of the pre agreement quotation as per national credit act. Her response showed that she's not even aware about the 5 business days as she told me the following without any empathy. "Please note that your personal loan is in process and we will give you feedback as soon as its finalized". Lol like I did know that when I followed up, the she further says " loan application can only stay in the system for 10 days, if not finalized then it will be declined. That's the FNB rule". Sana keep your business and your rules, I'm good. Guys try Nedbank, you won't go wrong.

Thursday night surprisingly I get a whatsapp from my sweepstar asking if we can postpone or cancel my appointment as she has the Dr's appointment that day. I told her I can't postpone. I mean what made her think she can convince me on when to clean my house? I told her to cancel the appointment, she said to me she can't, meaning i have to do it. I looked for options to edit the booking and it did not allow me, so I had to cancel as instructed by her. Now I'm desperate to get my house cleaned, and I had to rebook immediately. I was then charged on a premium price. 5.5 hours was now R600. I did not budget for that. I'm not going to get a 2 bedroom cleaned for that price, especially when it was not even my fault. I reduced the hours to 3.5 and got booking SS6126005 which charged me R394. Eventually I wanted 5.5 and I was charged R384 for it, why must I now pay extra for the deception that was caused by your sweepstar? I explained this to some lady in support named marshay (query 3150920) she is just reading to respond and not to resolve my query. It this point I will not pay for something that was not my fault and willing to just delete my profile. I've never dealt with so much level of incompetence.

I'm scheduled for C section next week at life Glynnwood. I previously had a c section at Mediclinic and the process was so smooth. After bookings, I knew what I'm expected to bring to the hospital for both me and the baby. I knew If they offered birth registrations or not. Their service was on standard. Unfortunately I can't say the same about life@glynnwood. At this rate I feel like I booked at a public hospital. The day I did my bookings, I was not told anything about what to bring. I sent an email on the 3rd of December to enquire about what to bring and if the birth registration is offered. My email was just forwarded to a Ronel Rossouw that even today I still haven't received any response. I'm so full of regrets right now.
I have been trying to change my proof of address and cell phone number for 6 months now. The service here is pathetic. I'm even tired of calling because you get different people that tell you different things and still not change.
I paid up my account in July 2022 and instructed them to cancel my account. That thing is still reflecting on my credit report as paid up and affecting my credit score. I want it to be canceled or terminated. Cancel it so if will stop updating.

To say that I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed in Checkers is an understatement. The horrible service I have been receiving on that sixty 60 app this week alone is enough to drive any customer crazy. I purchased meat on the 27th December, decided to braai today, only to discover that the meat is spoilt. The smell in my kitchen right now is unbearable. As if that is not enough, I'm still waiting for refunds on 2 different orders that I did and I received wrong products. I'm so done with checkers. This thing of messing up, hoping to apologize and refund me is what I hate the most. You don't even consider inconvenience and embarrassment you caused to your customers. You don't even show remorse. If all you doing to do is just to refund me then rather not. Do not even bother to respond if that's the only solution you have for me.
