If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would choose it. I am deeply disappointed by the extremely poor service I have received 😔. I paid almost R20,000 for items after explicitly confirming stock availability beforehand. At the time, I was assured with great enthusiasm that all items were in stock. Now, after following up on the delivery, I am shocked to be told that there is actually no stock available at all. This information only came out when I tried to reschedule or negotiate an earlier delivery date, as the date initially given was already unreasonably far. This experience has been emotionally draining and incredibly frustrating 😩. I feel misled and let down after making such a significant payment in good faith. I urgently request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible, either through an immediate resolution or a full explanation and corrective action.
They haven't delivered my order that was placed by my husband, to be delivered on the 14th of Feb 2025. The time is now 16:00 and nothing has been delivered. My husband and I are very embarrassed by this and super disappointed.
Last time I booked them, a lot was broken in my house by their cleaner and the lady couldn’t makeup a bed. I reported the matter, they did nothing. The whole cleaning was bad.
They promised us free bag with sweat towels if we do the 24 sessions, the day I completed my sessions, they said I should come the following day, because on their system it doesn’t reflect, I came on the following, the guy that was by the desk, said I must come when I am done with my gym. When I was done, and about to go home, I went again, they told me they out of stock, I feel like they playing my mind🤞🏿
Standard bank has been deducting MU fee from my account, since I don’t know😩 (18, 12, 16, 14 etc, the amounts are not the same each month). I mean I am a private banker, I pay a lot of fees already for me to be charged for something I did not sign up for🤧.
I bought items from Bash using E-gift voucher, one of the items was never delivered. They promised to refund an e-gift as well, they sent an E-gift voucher that is invalid. Until today I’ve been waiting for them.
Good service at specsaver zevenwacht, they always put their clients first.
I bought a bed at Russell in kuilsriver on the 24th of November till today, they did no deliver my bed. Today they telling me that they are out of stock, and they telling me to take a bed that cost 2700, to replace a bed that was 3000 (normal price was 4500 before black Friday discount). And my bed was a queen bed, now they giving me a double bed. Russells and Joshua doore I want the same bed that I bought from you guys and please deliver my bed as promises, no stories.
I ordered something online on the 27th of June 2019, until today I haven't got my parcel yet, tracking online, the parcel is still in warehouse, phoning tfg, the parcel has been handed over to the courier, waiting and waiting....phone again, the parcel was not in stock, and we have to transport it from EC, I waited, today they telling that my order was canceled on Saturday, like really, with me knowing that, and I am still waiting.....how possible is this?
