Thursday morning I booked for Friday and got booking confirmation with reference SS6124863. The booking confirmation was for 5.5 hours and I was charged R384. Thursday night surprisingly I get a whatsapp from my sweepstar asking if we can postpone or cancel my appointment as she has the Dr's appointment that day. I told her I can't postpone. I mean what made her think she can convince me on when to clean my house? I told her to cancel the appointment, she said to me she can't, meaning i have to do it. I looked for options to edit the booking and it did not allow me, so I had to cancel as instructed by her. Now I'm desperate to get my house cleaned, and I had to rebook immediately. I was then charged on a premium price. 5.5 hours was now R600. I did not budget for that. I'm not going to get a 2 bedroom cleaned for that price, especially when it was not even my fault. I reduced the hours to 3.5 and got booking SS6126005 which charged me R394. Eventually I wanted 5.5 and I was charged R384 for it, why must I now pay extra for the deception that was caused by your sweepstar? I explained this to some lady in support named marshay (query 3150920) she is just reading to respond and not to resolve my query. It this point I will not pay for something that was not my fault and willing to just delete my profile. I've never dealt with so much level of incompetence.
