Sorted out a major issue I had with openserve who managed to loose one of my prepaid bundles
The NCC seem to employ people that have no comunication skills Over the last 3 months my emails addressed to 5 individuals are being read but nobody has the ability to provide a response to my case they supposedly have under control. These people are employed to protect the consumer not just ignore us. Al I ask is that they keep me updated on my case that is now only in its 3rd year .
