What an appalling service from Herotel, I app**** for the installation of wifi services in January 2024, but to date no installation has been made despite several follow-up calls and failed promises. I wonder what discriminatory criteria are used to attend to installation requests.
On the 19th of October 2015 some thief(s) broke into my car while i was at the virgin active (randburg) and stole a lot off my valuables. What is so appalling and annoying is the manner by which they handled my situation . They pretended to empathise with me and kick started a claim process against their insurance, which i never requested yet they already knew the outcome. It took two months to conclude their stupid and unnecessary investigation, where they declined it based on the contract I signed, surely they knew this in the first instance, so why worst my time and effort then???? It doesn't take a genius and so much time of investigation for one to arrive at such a \No-brainier"conclusion. Sadly this seems to be their modus operandi as they did the same thing to a friend of mine in a similar situation.<br> You don't care about the safety of clients and the impact of such incidences have on them. How can one continue to pay subscriptions only to be have stuff stolen with such easy. As it is I can't even go to gym because of the trauma I suffered. They can kiss my subscription good bye"
