We had an incident in Dec and from the day it happened Auto & General was there to assist. I would have given a 5 star but we struggled a bit with the "call centre" but as soon as we got hold of Riyaahd and Vershlin we just got absolutely great service. We want to thank those two gentlemen for fantastic service and the professional way they handled our claims and circumstance. I can truly recommend this Company as your short term Insurance. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Good day . I saw many people has been has been done in by thissupposed illegal plan for making money, which involves tricking people to pay for Leads that you never receive. Why is the woman still aloud to carry on doing innocent people in? Taking money from innocent people , making promises which she does not honour. We were promised a pay back, after she agreed via mail, but nothing was paid back until now! Everybody that was done in by this woman should come together and we have to open a fraud case . She needs to be removed from LinkedIn as well as any other advertising. How can you live with yourself Lady? And yes we were also tried to be intimidated by some sort of "Legal action" Really who is the guilty party here. Very very easy, just pay up.
BE AWARE TOTAL SCAMMER!!!!! We paid Hailey in July R4200 for so called qualified appointments with professionals . Until today we got no appointments! The first month she did not even try to phone for appointments and had a medical excuse all the time. Then after we basically threatened her that we will make a case of fraud against her, she "tried" to make appointments which was not at all with Professionals and not up to standard and what was contractually agreed on. She loves to advertise on LinkedIn " She is a telephone expert and this is her Passion and she is a telephone expert" Please do not believe her and do not accept her on" LinkedIn" you will be so sorry. According to our experience. We gave her so many opportunities to redeem herself but nothing has as yet transpire.
We sent numerous mails, as well as making phone calls to Sun International, but nobody is willing to accommodate us. They just pass the Buck to the original sales person. We bought already two units with Vacation Club , Sun City over 20 years . The last was a Luxury Unit and we specifically stated that we want the week before the Easter Long weekend. We did not buy dates but rather a red week in a Luxury Unit and the Sales Person assured us that even though we do not need to buy a Peak week, because we do not have children in school anymore, it is better to pay for the privilege of a Peak week , so that we can change it to any week in the year, if we are not happy with the dates or if we want to change dates/weeks. We paid much more for the privilege to have a Peak week. We want the week before the Easter weekend and nothing else. All these years the dates changed but our week was always the week before Easter weekend but not for 2018. Now suddenly the booking is the week after Easter weekend and from the Monday to the Monday. We bought a week from the Friday to the Friday. We have no joy trying to solve this. Nobody even bothers to help us. Their reasoning is that we cannot change our Peak week to the Peak week before the Easter weekend. But every year for the last probably 10 years we see lots of units standing open and the bookings became less and less. Our contract states that you can change your booking if you apply early enough, now is Seven months not early enough? Would you rather see units stand open than to accommodate a long standing client? And every day we receive mails to sell us another unit, why would I do that if you cannot even honour the original contract?
