This is possible the worst contract I have ever entered into. I have requested for cancelation fees and it keeps on increasing monthly, even after then running debit order. They can't make sense of this as they continue to ***** money from us. I highly recommend not joining this gyn unless you are willing to sign your life away!!
<p>Good day All</p> <p><br />I am typing this email with great disappointment in the manner in which I have been treated by Coricraft. I ordered a bed and paid for the bed on the 29th July of to date the bed has still not been delivered. I was told that when my bed was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday 4th August my phone was off, which was untrue because I was at home waiting for Coricraft to deliver. Ever since I have been speaking to Ashley from Cresta branch who has asked for Lentjie to call me and she has not done so.</p> <p><br />I have also called the call centre and asked for Lentjie who is either always busy or not available. I believe Lentjie has received messages to contact me but has not done so to irritate me as a client. I am now on the phone with a call centre agent Thabang Monaheng trying to tell her my frustration and she is also not in a position to empathise with me. She has given a message to Lentjie to call but I doubt she will. Thabang has just informed me that my address was not even complete to begin with on your system and cant explain HOW they attempted delivery. This is why I believe that I was never contacted on the 4th August in the first place.</p> <p><br />I find myself calling Coricraft everyday begging for them to deliver the bed that we have paid for. Someone needs to explain how such a seemingly reputable organisation can give such dismal service to its clients?</p> <p><br />I will never ever purchase anything from Coricraft ever again and please believe that I will ensure that those around me know the kind of service Coricraft gives to its clients, ensuring that they NEVER purchase from your organisation.</p>
