Enquired by email and got a rapid response by phone and then followed up with an email. Hopefully they will resolve my problem as promised because so far very good.
They gave me a Standard Reply to my Review, as is the case with all the critical reviews, and thereafter nothing happens, so I don't think they take my complaint seriously. All the approaches I have made, of which there are numerous, have come to nothing apart from the Standard reply that it is taken seriously and that it has been escalated.
The so called Leaders in Appliance Repairs have still not fixed the fridge problem logged with them in early March 23. They first blamed the supply of the parts, and on communicating with the parts supplier, the required parts were available mid April. Now the problem is Mastercare have not paid for the required parts. On following up again was told they are waiting for parts. Lies and more Lies. Management do not care and I have sent NUMEROUS emails to the MD thru to the Operations Director, with absolutely no response. I AM STILL WAITING for a response from someone in the FACELESS Company.
All my dealings with IC has been very good and professional. They have the clients interests at heart and are very patient in dealing with us the consumer. Keep up the good work because dealing with them takes out all the time consuming admin should you try to deal direct with the cruise liners.
Johan Fourie and his wife Annette was an organised tour leader through Botswana and Namibia for us, and all I can say is that they were exceptional and professional. Even during the last minute call for a National Shutdown, they got as safely back from Northern Namibia to Upington within 2 days before the borders closed. Nothing was too difficult for them to plan on the move.
Had a rocky start to a service Dishwasher call out, which was eventually resolved to my complete satisfaction. The said Dishwasher was old and no spare parts were available but the Service Provider (Mpho) went out of his way to try and test similar spare parts which then resolved my problem. Most would have said that the machine was old and no parts available and thereafter close the file. Not our Mpho he tried various alternatives which resulted in my satisfaction. Well done Mastercare and Mpho.
