The sooner they close down SAPO the better. Went to renew car license like I did for past 12 years. Notice at counter says they cannot make photo copies of ID because they have no paper! Fortunately I took a copy just for in case. Unlike previous 12 years I cannot renew a car registered in my wife's name despite all the documentation required on web site. Now I need an affidavit signed by Commissioner of Oaths... as if the Road Agency would know who stood at SAPO's counter to renew. Futhermore, 6 booths but only 1 for license renewals. 5 staff members sitting nodding off and one trying to serve a line of 10 people and more. Pathetic. Give private sector a chance and stop wasting taxpayers' money.

After 4 months from accepting the order, Vodacom was unable (unwilling?) to provide me with a fibre service. It eventually took MWEB only 2 working days from me placing the order for them to connect and activate my fibre service. Never thought that Vodacom would become such a pathetic yet arrogant service provider. Keep making promises but never keep them. Doesn't respond to email sent to management. Really poor service.

Ordered Fibre at Home in August 2018 for service to be delivered on 1 December 2018 on special deal where Vodacom would pay the entire distance of cable from street to house. Frogfoot arrived to install cable and expected me to pay for extra distance. Vodacom conceded that they had to pay the extra distance but despite my numerous calls nothing happened. Eventually tried to cancel the order but no confirmation from Vodacom after a month. Emailed management complaining about lack of service but no response. Responsible Manager (JD) refuse to take my calls. Worse service ever.
