I took my car in for a service in March and was told I needed to have my suspension redone. They did this at 9k and afterwards my car was making noises it never had before. I took it back again for fixing, again not sorted. After the 3rd time I collected it a fire started in my bonnet 20 min after I drove away. They left a rag inside there that caught alight.

I then had my car towed to Suzuki (it was not drivable after the fire) and their assessment said that of the 6 parts I had been charged for they had only changed one. Also they had not done basic aspects of the service like changing the brake fluid. The Suzuki manager said he had never seen such bad work one on a car in his 20-year career.

After asking for my money back Shaheed threatened me and said that would never happen.

I have been battling with them over this at small claims court since then. The first court case in July was ruled in my favour although Shaheed never made an appearance allegedly because he had been arrested for assault (!!!) according to the affidavit. The case was rescheduled. Second appearance is today so watch this space...
