Great Price and Fast Delivery
Read a lot of mostly bad reviews before placing my order, but decided to take a chance on The Athletes Foot since their price for a pair of Merrells I wanted was R500 cheaper than the Merrell SALE price. I called on Saturday afternoon to ensure they had stock before placing an order and received my order on Monday. No complaints!! Saved money and received my order in record time.

After Sales Service spoils the experience
We ordered a bed and headboard online and waited a month for delivery. There was visible hard glue on the fabric that we saw as soon as we removed packing, so clearly a quality inspection was not done. It took a month just for conflict resolution (agent helping me answered one question at a time and took days between responses). Had to wait another month for a replacement to be manufactured. Replacement arrived more than 3 months after I paid for the bed. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the furniture, but you take a gamble because if anything goes wrong, it will take long to resolve and you'll have furniture that you can't use standing around your house for a while.
