No fuss, easy digital registration, online course access for pre-study. In-person pool session was professional and informative - Jayson is a knowledgeable and experienced instructor, very patient and explains clearly and makes sure everything is well prepared and understood before getting in the pool. Surface and underwater instructions also very clear, calm and stress free. Nothing is rushed or glossed over. Just what I needed to refresh my NAUI after so many years of being dry - looking forward to getting my gills wet again in open water, thanks Divetek JHB! 👍
David from Power Mechanics initially diagnosed my generator as requiring a new Voltage Regulator and a service. He returned the generator to me after working on it for a week saying that his work had a three-month warranty. After the second start the generator stopped working. It then took him another week to come and collect the generator again and this time he had it for another two weeks before returning it, saying that the capacitor needed to be set properly. The generator has since been running but now the lights we run of it flicker terribly, making it unusable at night. When I messaged him and asked if he could look at it, he said he would come, but never came, and now he is ignoring all my calls. At this point it seems I will likely have to pay someone else to fix whatever he did not fix and it will cost me again. Don't do business with Power Mechanics, it's not worth the trouble - they will take your money and ignore you afterwards.
wow. 38 min on hold waiting for "private" banking to pick up. It's hard to complain about service when you can't even get to it - went via website, tried to contact private banker listed on my account, AVR said they weren't available and put me in some queue where I'm now 40min on hold.... unbelievable
Had a great experience with Martin and Christiaan - quick transparent diagnosis of my gate motor issues, provided realistic repair or replace options and when I decided to replace they were there the next day and replaced quickly and efficiently. Great friendly and informative service.
Submitted claim for burst geyser, no ceiling damage but had to remove ceiling to extract the geyser which discovery covered. Plumber replaced geyser with same literage spec but different pressure spec. When I queried with Natasja she was extremely understanding and took it up with the plumbers. End result, plumbers came back and replaced the new geyser with correct spec. I appreciated that discovery were willing to listen and understand the issue and upheld the principle of replacing like with like. Natasja arranged with the builders to put off replacing the ceiling until the geyser issue had been resolved. At the end of the day, issues will arise and it's not a matter of what the issue is, but how the issue is handled, so 10/10 for discovery on this one and a special thanks to Natasja who listened, investigated and acted in the best interest of maintaining my home the way I bought it. Thank you!
