The company is efficient in handling deposits but lacks in issue resolution. The call center is unhelpful. The next step is to contact the ombudsman as R22k is significant.
Beware of the Uber Eats ****!!!! Double, and triple check what goes to your account as this has left my mouth sour, and worse what pains me is no refund. The money went out of my daughter's account without us placing an order on the (7 March at 17:22) even sent the necessary communication to HELP on Uber Eats and they said they couldn’t assist, to my surprise yet again on the 8 March at 04:22 think the same people tried to debit the account again, however seeing that Uber Help was no HELP I had told my daughter to only make an online purchase to be at 50rand, the first 236.25 was declined then they tried again and ordered for 24 rands in the a.m. went off then when I informed her to transfer all the money out of her account.
